an opportunity
to experience accommodations at a discount.
The firm
represents over 700 properties throughout the continent.
Discounts
range from 25% to 50%, depending upon the season and location.
Most rentals are
for a minimum of one week.
As an example,
one villa in Tuscany, accommodating up to 10 persons, normally
rents for $4500 per week in summer high season. The agent rate
is $2700 per
week. Agents may invite family, friends or even clients. Accommodations
may be
rented on a “self-catering basis” or fully-serviced.
Agents
must be IATA or CLIA.
