Most of the fam trips, promotions and discounted rates require travel industry ID such as a valid IATAN, IATA, TRUE or CLIA ID cards, Complete fam details is only available via website and is NOT mailed, emailed or distributed by any other means.

FAMrates does not represent the companies, individuals, or any 3rd party on the site. We encourage agents to research each supplier and/or contact them directly with questions about booking one of their offers. The information provided is based on availability and subject to change without notice. Although, FAMrates will, in its best effort, protect and assure that the information provided on the site is accurate, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the information provided by suppliers or any other content providers, which is made available throughout site.

FAMrates has no control over the quality, safety or legality of the products and/or services advertised by suppliers or individuals or the truth or accuracy of any product and/or service listings or representations whether express or implied. We are also not a guarantor of performance with respect to any agreement between user/agent and a supplier and/or individual seller. We do not become involved in user-to-user dealings or disputes arising there from, so you hereby agree to release us and our agents and employees from all claims, demands, and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected or unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with your dealings and disputes with any supplier individual or third party.

FAMrates may terminate the availability of such external resources and sites through links on its Site at any time. FAMrates will not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, products, goods or services available on or through these channels.

FAMrates subscriptions are for individual use only. Multiple/Bulk subscriptions can be requested via our Sales Department.

Due to the electronic nature of this publication, we cannot issue refunds once the site has been accessed. If there is a problem with access to the website, please contact our Webmaster within 30 days of initial payment.

At anytime, if you wish to NOT receive the newsletter please email us or use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the newsletter email. If you have subscribed for full access to the site, this will NOT effect your ability to access the site.
